Wonderful

Location was very convenient and staff were ALL amazing, each and everyone went out of his way to help in any possible way. View from the rooms was great, though did not have much time to enjoy it

Pillows are way to big, i require a smaller pillow, and since there are two on each bed, putting 2 of different sizes might please more customers

Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Very good value for the money.

Insufficient light, especially in the bathroom : quite impossible for a lady to make up. Not enough room in the wardrobe. Not enough shelves for clothing.

Highly recommended

I highly recommend this hotel, my stay there was extremely relaxing and pleasant. The staff were very freindly. Great food, cozy atmosphere, super clean room , beautiful view from the roof top swimming pool. Whiskey a GoGo atmosphere was special.

Good Choice in Jounieh

Location of the hotel was very convenient. Teleferique is at walking distance, and other poplar spots were easily reachable by car. Bedsheets and towels were very clean. Breakfast was sufficient. The building overall is a bit old however it felt comfortable to stay.

The bathroom was a bit outdated. It was difficult to manage the water temperature and direction in the shower. The walls and the curtains of the room had stains. Internet connection has a very limited speed so it was only possible to use it for basic needs.

Its one of my favorite hotels in Lebanon!

The water in the bath tub was in very low pressure, and while showering the water changes it temprature alone from very hot to very cold all the time. I couldn't shower normally

Hotel is shabby, bathroom is old, swiming pool and the roof terraces are very shabby with broken path arround the pool. Walls are very thin so if you have a neighbors who are little louder you can hear everything whats happening in their room. You can even hear them when they taking a shower. Except the cleaning lady and man from the reception everybody else were speechless- they never said hello or good morning or whatever.

Nice hotel, friendly staff.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful mountain and sea views from my balcony. I'd definitely stay there again.

No hot water, which made showers uncomfortable. Breakfast was average. The coffee was overpriced.
